Had an amazing experience at Becks Shoes. My daughter needed new shoes and had some instructions from her physical therapist. I was able to share that information and they were able to give us exactly what we needed. I’m planning on returning to get a new pair for myself.

The service at Beck's in Fremont is excellent. THE STAFF IS HIGHLY SKILLED. They are experts at solving foot issues. Your money will be well spent with no shoe regrets.

My sister needed to buy a pair of shoes and as soon as we entered the store, Kaylin greeted us and asked us about our need. She patiently answered our questions, identified the correct shoe size, and made my sister try out different shoes. My sister may have tried over 15 different shoes and took her time. But Kaylin didn’t rush us or try to sell us something. She knew exactly what my sister wanted and every pair of shoes met the specific need. I have never met a sales person so patient and kind. Way to go Kaylin. Your patient customer service will surely take you places. Wish you the very best.

I went to Beck’s Shoes for the first time and had a great experience. Kaylin L was wonderful with pulling lots of shoes for me to try. I need a really wide toe box but have a narrower ankle. It was really nice to try on lots of options. I happily found 3 pairs that worked for my wide feet!

She took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the right pair of shoes without any pressure. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the shopping experience enjoyable.

July 24th 2026 Friday We came back for a second time to purchase a dress shoes. Again, it was an excellent services from Ms LYNNE with 30 years experienced on the job. We had noticed the previous three times when we were in the Fremont store. There was an employee, not sure whom was on the telephone but he was extremely loud in the store. We had to leave then came back later on. Tonight we asked, we then learned his name was JERRY. We hope Beck’s management will look into this matter, to turn down his voice volume for the store benefits when customers are having a technical shoes conversation with Beck’s staff. Thank You

The shoe size measurement service was very helpful, and recommendations for shoes and flip-flops were excellent. I ended up with absolutely wonderful, comfortable shoes and flip-flops. Great service and very helpful recommendations. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at Beck’s Shoes! The customer service was outstanding. The associate was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated that they use the Aetrex foot scanning system to measure foot pressure and recommend the right arch support based on your feet. They also measured my shoe size accurately and helped me find the best fit. They carry a wide variety of shoe sizes and widths, which made it easy to find exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Beck’s Shoes if you’re looking for knowledgeable staff, personalized service, and a great selection. Definitely a 5-star experience!
